Sam's West, Inc. is seeking a dedicated cart attendant to help shape the member shopping experience at our Cincinnati location. You will keep carts ready, assist members with purchases and loading their vehicles, and maintain a clean, welcoming area all day long in varied weather conditions.

You will stand for long periods, multitask and solve problems quickly to ensure member satisfaction. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-kept parking lot and assist members with purchases
• Ensure carts are available and help members load their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions
• Promote Walmart and Sam's Club products and services
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards
• Assist with organizing and cleaning the area
