Job summary

Simular is seeking a customer-focused engineer to partner with early customers to deploy and adapt our AI agents in real-world environments, translating customer needs into product features and integrations.

You will write scripts and workflows to tailor agents to client environments, build custom solutions, and serve as the bridge between customer-facing teams and core engineering, turning feedback into roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CSE, IS, or related technical field.
• Strong scripting skills and ability to automate workflows.
• Experience working with customers or in client-facing engineering roles.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments balancing problem-solving with product thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: experience deploying SaaS/AI systems or customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with early customers to deploy and adapt Simular’s AI agents in real-world environments.
• Translate customer needs into product features, prototypes, and integrations.
• Write scripts and workflows to adapt our agents to customer-specific environments.
• Build custom solutions, tools, and workflows that showcase the power of Simular in production.
• Act as the bridge between customer-facing teams and core engineering/research – turning feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Be a “founding multiplier”: scrappy, resourceful, and deeply customer-obsessed.
