Kognitos is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern to sit at the intersection of customers and our product in Mountain View, CA. This on-site internship is paid and starts ASAP.

You will learn the platform and deploy automations for real customers while collaborating with product and engineering. Ideal candidates are Master's students with strong communication, mature professionalism, and a willingness to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Solid programming fundamentals and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Eagerness to be in front of customers and to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand processes, gather requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Build and deploy automations on the Kognitos platform, translating business needs into working solutions.
• Partner with product and engineering to surface feedback and help improve the platform.
• Prototype quickly, test with real data, and iterate based on customer needs.
