Customer Experience Team Lead

(Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days in the office each week)

The opportunity:

Vestas, a global leader in wind energy, seeks a Customer Experience Team Lead to oversee a team of customer-facing agents, ensuring optimal workflow and support. The role involves collaboration with Global Service Centers to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team performance and stakeholder relationships.
  • Serve as liaison between functional groups and customers.
  • Assist colleagues and customers to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate resource planning with the Vestas Control Tower.
  • Provide performance feedback and develop improvement plans.
  • Guide on resolving system and customs issues, and handle escalations.
  • Implement solutions for service failures through root cause analysis.
  • Support local and global initiatives and foster team development.
  • Drive functional transformation and promote commercial awareness.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years in logistics, transportation, or customer service
  • Supervisory experience advantageous
  • Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
