Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role with a customer service or sales support focus.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems is required, along with strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage the sales order process and product information for daily use by the customer fulfillment team.
Oversee the team to provide primary support to the customer for all inquiries, orders, and information requests.
Drive process improvements to reduce waste and improve key workflows across sales, shipping, planning, and accounting.
