Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Student Worker in Green Bay, WI. The role supports coordination across supply chain, sales, warehousing, and IT, gaining hands-on exposure to order fulfilment and ERP systems.

You will work up to 20 hours weekly on Tue-Thu, with a flexible schedule, and receive orientation, development feedback, and interaction with site leadership. Enrolled students pursuing business or related majors encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related major.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal functions including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, and IT.
• Work directly in multiple systems and gain experience in order fulfillment.
• Engage with SAP ERP to support daily operations and data entry.
• Receive formal orientation, onboarding, and ongoing feedback from site leadership.

Schedule: Part-time working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office, up to 20 hours a week.

Salary: $23.00 with an additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses.

Job Description:

Job Summary: The Customer Experience Part-Time Student will be responsible for coordinating with internal functions, including but not limited to supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit and IT. The role will work directly in multiple systems and gain experience in both business acumen and order fulfillment. In addition to real-world experience in a customer experience operations environment, this position will provide the student with: Formal orientation and onboarding Individualized development and feedback Regular interface with site leadership through one-on-one meetings Organizational and time management skills in managing daily and project work Experience working with SAP, a large ERP system Networking opportunities.

• Actively enrolled in an accredited university, working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or closely related major.
• Overall and within major GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks while paying close attention to details.
• The ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can maintain a high degree of accuracy and interaction with multiple departments while coordinating shipments / customer requests.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
