Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle cash transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment, ensuring safety and compliance.

The role also involves unloading merchandise and supporting store colleagues. The position requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent movement and lifting

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per productivity standards
• Maintain a clean, neat, and presentable store environment
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates and leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned
