Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The role involves helping customers, processing transactions, stocking, unloading merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.

You will work as part of a team to ensure safety, friendliness, and efficiency, with opportunities to grow and contribute to store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
