Frontier Farm Credit is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our mortgage operations. The ideal candidate will work roughly 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule between 8:00 a.m.

and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, in our office locations across the Midwest. Key duties include data entry of prequalification applications, scanning and indexing documents, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mortgage or banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsabilités

• Data Entry: Key in prequalification applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received.
• Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed.
• Assist with reporting and special projects.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00

Job Summary

• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received.
• Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed.
• Assist with reporting and special projects.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Experience

• Previous mortgage or banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
