Job summary

Frontier Farm Credit, a member of Farm Credit Services system, is seeking a part-time office support specialist in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on data entry, document scanning, and file management with a flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, about 15-20 hours per week.

You'll handle prequalification applications, maintain records, assist with reporting, and provide office coverage. A high school diploma and interest in mortgage or banking environments preferred.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00

Job Summary

***The ideal candidate will work roughly 15-20 hours per week. Flexibility with schedule between the hours of 8-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.***

• Data Entry: Key in prequalification applications and maintaining accurate records.Create and update customer records, prequalification applications, and leads and opportunities.
• Scan/Index: Scan documents, index them into our system, and ensure proper filing for easy retrieval.
• Document Preparation: Review documents to ensure complete application documentation is received.
• Office Coverage Support: Provide office coverage and support as needed.
• Assist with reporting and special projects.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Experience

• Previous mortgage or banking industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
