Job summary

Buck Mason in Los Angeles is seeking a Customer Experience team member to enhance the shopping experience and turn customers into promoters. You will collaborate across technology, product, retail, and online teams to improve processes that impact e-commerce and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on handling inquiries, solving problems, and applying product knowledge to tailor advice, with a strong emphasis on data tracking and policy improvement. On-site office presence is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Quickly and accurately resolve issues with deliveries, transactions and experiences not 100% as planned.
• Understand Buck Mason styles and tech to offer fit and style advice.
• Use Excel and Google Sheets to track and analyze data for problem orders.
• Analyze metrics for customer experience, engagement and satisfaction.
• Understand shipping, fulfillment and returns processes to handle orders efficiently.
• Partner with leadership to create and implement new policies and retention initiatives.
