Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and engage with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and count change per SOPs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction goals.
• Participate in safety awareness and other assigned duties.
