• Recommends items for sale and promotes trade‑ups and companion products.
• Maintains counters and shelves, checks in and prices merchandise, and keeps the store clean and well merchandised.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Provides customer service in the photo area (passport photos, posters) and handles web pick-up orders.
