The Customer Experience Representative role in Kendall, FL is an entry-level, hourly position reporting to the Cash Office Manager and focused on friendly service, accurate cash handling, and basic loss prevention.

You will operate cash terminals, process payments, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a clean register area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read English and identify checks and IDs.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to stand or sit for 6-8 hours with breaks.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash terminals and verify purchase prices.
• Process customer payments and handle inquiries.
• Maintain clean and functional cash register area.
• Identify and report potential security risks to management.
