Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, friendly checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team, including courteous greetings and proactive help.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up/companion items.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; performs price checks and inventory tasks as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensures compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays; completes resets and revisions as directed.
• Assists with stock rotation of consumables and food items; supports car/phone photo service and web pick-up duties.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance to keep store presentable and compliant with policies.
