• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and maintains records.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws regarding regulated products.
• Assists with displays, resets, and stock rotation.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and web pickup support.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and maintains store appearance.
