Orkin, a part of Rollins Inc., is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in California to help customers with a service mindset, schedule visits, and maintain efficient routes while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction.

No industry experience is required as Orkin provides award-winning training, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and opportunities for growth within a trusted pest-control leader.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and distance.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and probing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
