Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Schedule and reschedule service appointments and coordinate technician availability.
• Process customer payments and maintain detailed CRM records.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Educate customers about Urbanex services and pest maintenance.
• Coordinate with branch managers and technicians on service routes.
• Support customer retention and proactive rescheduling of appointments.
• Provide feedback on customer trends to improve service delivery.
• Assist managers with tasks and projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
