Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Willingness to support operational tasks and to work at least 16 hours per week (peaks Fri–Sun + holidays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience on the sales floor with presentation, communication and product knowledge.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through clienteling and personalized service.
• Support a welcoming, inclusive store culture and assist with store operations as needed.
