Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Louisiana LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain stock and store cleanliness, while supporting a safe and friendly store environment.

The role involves unloading shipments, replenishing merchandise, and providing excellent service to customers and team members. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked and stock replenishment according to productivity standards.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment; perform basic cleaning duties.
