Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for ONVIDA HEALTH—50037003. This on-call part-time role requires mornings to evenings with some weekends/holidays, and an hourly pay of $15.75. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, and document interactions to support management follow-up.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to handle customer interactions via in-person, email, or phone.
• Willingness to work mornings/afternoons/evenings and some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• May work in either food or facilities operation.
• Handle customer service interactions through face-to-face, email or telephone communications.
• Record and document various client interactions for management follow-up.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
