Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to handle face-to-face, email, or telephone customer interactions.
• Flexible to afternoon/evening shifts and on-site work.

Responsibilities

• May work in either food or facilities operation.
• Handle customer service interactions through face-to-face, email or telephone communications.
• Record and document client interactions for management follow-up.
• Attend scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
