Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers, agents, third parties, and vendors.
• Guide customers through billing and policy-related inquiries with compassion.
• Research and analyze policy/billing activity to resolve customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with agents and Service Center for urgent customer concerns.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Expand skills by possibly working in other contact centers.
• Perform other related work as required.
