Job summary

Senneca Holdings is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Subzero Engineering customers across data center containment, cleanroom, and enclosure solutions. You will manage orders, assist with pricing and quotes, and resolve issues by collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Shipping teams.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, ERP/CRM proficiency, and excellent communication to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through shipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or order management in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Experience processing orders, quotes, and maintaining ERP records.
• Experience in manufacturing or data center/technical product environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and data entry accuracy under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with accurate product and order information.
• Set up new customers in the ERP, verify data, and process orders in Infor following standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays.
• Maintain ERP/CRM proficiency, generate reports, and document customer interactions and quotes.
