Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage the cash register, stock merchandise, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and presentable.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform standing/walking tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at cash register and handle cash securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenish per standards.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Follow additional duties as assigned.
