Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties, while maintaining friendly, professional interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
