Winland Foods is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage orders, ensure product availability, and communicate proactively with customers and internal teams. The role blends office collaboration with in-person work in Wisconsin, supporting fulfillment from order through shipment.

Ideal candidates bring experience in customer service, strong communication, and organization, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Post secondary education in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years customer-facing or warehousing/transportation experience preferred.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-change environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders to ensure availability and communicate shortages.
• For volume-threshold customers, analyze inventory reports for next 30–60 days.
• Provide proactive internal and external communication on fulfillment issues.
• Update documentation of customer interactions in the system in a timely manner.
• Execute end-to-end sales process from order through shipment.
• Collaborate with Commercial and other functions to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to leadership when needed.
