Job summary

Moffitt Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process orders received from customers by phone, text, email, or from company employees. You will enter orders, provide quotes, and coordinate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional weekend on-call and possible overtime during storms or emergencies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with additional education or training preferred.
• Experience processing orders and handling inquiries is desirable.
• Ability to calculate prices and shipping charges.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Enter orders into database systems and prepare documentation.
• Handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues.
• Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with dispatch, shipping, and logistics teams.
• Prepare and file quotes and maintain records.
• Ensure quotes are processed through proper channels promptly.
