Avis Budget Group in Miami, FL is seeking an Avis First Customer Experience Specialist to provide premium, personalized service from doorstep deliveries to airport arrivals. You will be the face of a first-class experience, ensuring every detail is flawless and every interaction is warm.

You will work on-site in a fast-paced environment, coordinating timely vehicle delivery, communicating with customers via phone, text, email and app, and greeting guests on arrival.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable using mobile devices.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers with welcoming, professional interactions.
• Provide premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers.
• Coordinate timely vehicle delivery and collection with team and management.
• Communicate proactively with premium customers via phone, text, email and app for logistics and special requests.
• Greet customers on arrival, assist with luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle.

You will act as the front-line customer experience specialist for our valued Avis First customers, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience from delivery to collection.You’llbe responsible forclear communication, smoothlogistics, and delivering premium customer experience at every step.

• Deliver a best-in-class experience for customers, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and personalized interaction
• Provide a premium customer experience by delivering vehicles directly to customers
• Collaborate with team members and management to coordinatetimelyvehicle delivery and collection
• Communicate proactively with premium-level customers via phone, text,emailand app to confirmlogistics, special requests, and meeting locations
• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, open vehicle doors,assistwith luggage, and provide an overview of the rental vehicle

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various hours not limited to evenings,weekendsand holidays
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• On-Site Requirement: This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds, continuously sit, stand, walk, enter, exit, and drive a variety of automobiles in all weather conditions, talk, hear/listen and type
