Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service at the checkout and throughout the store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide helpful product recommendations while processing purchases on the POS system.

The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and emphasizes accuracy, store cleanliness, and compliance with policies. Prior retail experience is preferred and may involve photo area services and web-pickup

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsabilités

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, handles returns and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Constructs and maintains displays; performs resets as directed.
• Assists with stock rotation and proper product placement.
• Provides photo area service and assists with web pick-up orders.
