Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, returns, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Recommend items and upsell or suggest companion products to customers.
• Keep counters, shelves, and displays clean and well merchandised.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including passport photos and photo printing services.
• Assist with store upkeep and compliance with company policies and procedures.
