Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register.
• Maintain clean and merchandised counters and shelves.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and other sales duties as needed.
• Assist with web pickup orders and in-store pickup delivery.
• Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by management.
• Follow company policies and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
