Job summary

You will greet customers, handle the cash register, engage in merchandising, and support daily store tasks to maintain cleanliness, inventory, and safety standards. The role involves working with management to complete duties, with emphasis on reliability, professionalism, and adherence to PMG policies.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred or currently enrolled.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, including cash handling, record keeping, lottery management, and shift paperwork.
• Execute daily store tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Sales Floor Merchandising/Stocking.
• Cooler Merchandising.
• Vendor Check-Ins.
• Communicate daily issues/challenges with Management.
• Ensure PMG policies and procedures surrounding Safety and Operational Excellence are executed.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Support Management with other assigned tasks.
• Exterior/Interior Cleaning.
