Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage with shoppers, handle transactions, restock merchandise, and support store operations. You will assist customers, resolve issues, and promote products while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The role includes working flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, and may involve photo services, web-pickup duties, and adherence to store policies and local laws. Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to maintain satisfaction.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, voids, returns and refunds as needed.
• Keep shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; assist with inventory and pricing.
• Provide service in photo area and assist with store services and web pick-up.
• Follow asset protection procedures and comply with policies; work within state laws for regulated items.
• Support training and share customer service best practices with team.
