Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience and support daily store operations. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and operate the cash register with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, returns, stock rotation, and maintaining clean, well-merchandised shelves. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage them to assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and handle cash, returns, exchanges, and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provide courteous, fast service and recommend items; support with promotions and product placement.
• Participate in maintaining store conditions and comply with company policies and procedures.
