Family Farm and Home is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional service. You will greet customers, assist with programs, process orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the store.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, signage, handling freight, and assisting with online orders. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required; lifting up to 50 lbs will be needed.

• Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Executes daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Greet customers as they enter/exit the store and interact in a positive manner.
• Solicits customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs (Loyalty, Warranties, Financing, etc).
• Answers phone calls professionally and assists customers in-store and online orders.
• Use POS to checkout customers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Utilize On the Go to complete POGs and Mass layouts per store layout.
• Utilize Harvester to complete online customer orders.
• Assist customers with financing options and current financing websites for inquiries.
• Assist in setting promotional signage, price changes, and in-store signage as directed.
• Assist in freight, recovery and out of stock processes.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and prevent shoplifting; report to management.
• Uphold company Loss Prevention measures; ensure a safe work environment.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack safely (18+).
• Assist in building/assembling store displays, products, and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor, receiving, cash office and register area, restrooms, and break room.
• Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in completing Daily Operational Standards checklist.
• Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
• All other duties as assigned by store management or company officials.
