Crew Carwash is hiring a Customer Service Team Member in Wisconsin. This role offers part- or full-time schedules with hourly pay between $16 and $17 plus incentive pay.

You will greet customers, provide service guidance, and help maintain a clean, welcoming site. Enjoy daily pay options, paid holidays, PTO, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision coverage for full-time staff, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Minimum 10 hours per week for part-time or 30 hours per week for full-time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices.
