Job summary

Crew Carwash is hiring a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member in Wisconsin. You will greet customers with a smile, provide service advice, and load customers into the wash while maintaining safety and park cleanliness.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($16–$17) with incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, a 401K with company match, and opportunities for training and tuition reimbursement. Flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Part-time minimum 10 hours/week or full-time minimum 30 hours/week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Able to lift or move at least 25 pounds.
• Able to operate electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a smile.
• Advise on services and load customers into the carwash.
• Maintain high quality for customers.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked, inside and outside the park.
