Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a friendly Customer Service Team Member in Wisconsin to join our fast-paced, safety-driven environment. This role offers both full- and part-time options with daily pay and incentive opportunities, while ensuring a top-notch customer experience and a clean, park-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day).
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide service guidance.
• Advise customers on carwash services and load customers as needed.
• Maintain industry-leading quality for customers.
• Help maintain a park-like environment inside and outside the station.
• Operate and utilize electronic devices and safety equipment.
