Responsibilities

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Register purchases at the cash register, handle payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; take inventory and price merchandise as directed.
• Assist with display construction and maintenance, stock rotation, and promotional resets.
• Provide photo area service, including passport photos and poster printing, and suggest promotional items.
• Support web order pickup and delivery to customers upon arrival.
• Maintain store condition and assist with exterior and interior upkeep.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain collegial relationships.
