Transcat, a leading calibration and compliance services provider in North America, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a conduit between operations, sales, and customers. You will primarily support tickets, requests, quotes, and status updates, while proactively communicating and prioritizing work with minimal supervision.

This fast-paced role requires excellent verbal and written communication, multitasking, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Control order processing workflow in multiple business systems.
• Provide customers with estimates and document purchase orders.
• Advise customers on status and completion dates of repairs/calibration; follow up for pickup.
• Answer questions regarding billing, delivery, ship dates and related items.
• Relay technical information to customers and generate required paperwork.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving and assist in related processes.
