Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Customer Service professional to serve as the company’s first point of contact for inquiries, requests, complaints, and comments. You will work with leadership to develop guidelines and maintain reference guides, while delivering courteous service across phone, email, and in person channels.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years in customer service and strong Microsoft Office and Internet navigation skills. Associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years in a customer service role via phone and computer.
• Proficiency with common browsers and Internet navigation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and engaging customer service by telephone, email, and in person.
• Respond to questions and concerns, ensuring appropriate resolution and courteous, professional service.
• Research details and circumstances around actionable concerns from start to finish.
• Review and resolve a large volume of cases with varying topics and complexity.
• Prioritize active, pending and incoming cases by topic and urgency.
