Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for a clerk/lead role to assist management in the daily operations of the store. You will perform duties in grocery or freight, lead frontline staff, answer customer questions, and ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The position requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on exceptional customer care and adherence to company policies. Night/weekend shifts may be required.
