Interview Schedule: June 16th - 18th, June 24th - 26th

Experience: Call center experience highly preferred, or extensive customer service experience welcomed

Training & Licensing: Paid training provided; license testing fees covered; must obtain Property and Casualty License in Texas post-hire

Job Summary: Customer Experience Specialist I

Are you passionate about solving problems, helping people, and making a positive impact? As a Customer Experience Specialist I at We Insure, you will support clients, producers, and partners nationwide, handling inquiries, policy changes, and more. This role offers variety, fast pace, and the opportunity to work with diverse insurance products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Answer inbound calls and chat messages from policyholders and producers.
  2. Assist with billing, policy modifications, cancellations.
  3. Navigate multiple carrier platforms to resolve service needs accurately.
  4. Make outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
  5. Service various policies: home, auto, renters, flood, umbrella, RVs, etc.
  6. Maintain performance metrics and professional documentation.
  7. Support policy retention and cross-selling efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in coaching, training, and team projects.
  • Engage in development programs for growth.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years customer service experience, including 1+ year in a call center.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, team-oriented, adaptable.
  • Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
  • Property and Casualty insurance experience.
  • Producer/Agent license.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment:
  • Full-time onsite in Austin, TX.
  • Desk-based with sit-stand desks.
Physical & Security Requirements:
  • Sedentary work, lift up to 15 lbs, occasional movement.
  • Follow cybersecurity protocols and report unsafe conditions.
