Job summary

Honda of Olathe is seeking a Retail Customer Experience Specialist to help guests get excited about Honda vehicles, answer questions, demonstrate features, and identify each customer’s needs to match the right vehicle.

You will work with management to complete purchases, deliver vehicles after the sale, and build brand ambassadors for Honda vehicles, contributing to a memorable guest experience and the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers get excited about Honda vehicles by answering questions and demonstrating vehicles
• Discover each customer’s needs and identify the right vehicle
• Deliver on the "Car Buying on Your Terms" promise and complete the purchase with the management team
• Set up and deliver vehicles after purchase and build long-term Honda customers
