Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers customer purchases and handles cash, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and prices items as directed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area (passport photos, poster prints).
• Monitors and fills web pick-up orders and assists with store maintenance.
