Job summary

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Specialist will be working to support our national Spare Parts program. This is a multi-faceted position that will include spare parts order processing, managing open orders with customers, and prioritizing with our customers. Core daily duties will include order entry, order processing receiving, and customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Creating new spare parts orders from customers
• Processing orders as they move to fulfillment
• Corresponding with customers via email and phone calls
• Aiding in prioritizing and escalating customer orders
• Working with procurement to fulfill orders
• Work in cooperation with Germany counterparts
• Customer service on all in process orders
• Support other Supply Chain colleagues needs

Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with electro/mechanical products a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Experience with forklifts and other MHE (operation, training, inspections), a plus

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Post-secondary education preferred
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role

Scheduling & Travel

• Ability to work regular business hours (occasional off hours work may be required)
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required (Minimal)

Physical Requirements

• Continuous walking, climbing and standing
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
