Job summary

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced office setting. Responsibilities include following up on completed jobs, handling marketing ROI tracking, and supporting HR-related processes

• Assist sales with follow ups on proposals and tracking ROI from marketing sources.
• Manage Net Promoter Score system and prepare weekly reports.
• Support HR and internal processes as assigned.
