Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Sales Associate to create a positive guest experience by accurately processing orders, serving customers, and reconciling bills for all retail items. The role requires friendly, timely service and strong teamwork on the sales floor.

You will handle sales, money, and To Go products, while maintaining shelves, cleanliness, and displays. Flexibility to work varied hours is helpful in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run store.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Provide Guest Service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Resolve guest complaints or call supervisor to get assistance.
• Run end of shift procedures.
• Offer guests To Go food products.
• Properly stock and fill all retail and To Go shelves.
