Job summary

Batory Foods is seeking a Customer Experience Account Manager to oversee the end-to-end order process and be the primary liaison between customers and internal teams. You will ensure accurate order entry, timely responses, and CRM updates while supporting sales with data-driven insight.

The role requires a degree in business or related experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain/Distribution Management preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with data entry and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer order process from inquiries to order entry and service requests.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales, Logistics, Operations, Credit, and Inventory Planning.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and assist with contract and sample requests.
• Provide cross-functional support and collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, and Accounting.
